Said he was with Publishers Clearing House and that I won 2nd prize including a 2016 Mercedes and 2.5 million dollars. All I need to do is go to Walmart and wire-transfer a 1% tax fee to receive the prizes. I feel horrible that anyone might actually fall for this!!!
An unwanted call from this Bayonne, NJ landline arrived today. When the call rolled to voice mail, the caller left no message, just dead space. This is a favorite ploy of robocallers (unlawful telemarketers) who troll the phone lines seeking gullible schmucks to victimize.Several posters have unmasked the caller as Home Solar Solutions, a scam contractor that robocalls incessantly throughout the nation. Thanks to Home Solar Solutions, I'm grateful not to know anyone in Bayonne, especially them!DO NOT ALLOW YOURSELF TO BE VICTIMIZED! LET YOUR ANSWERING MACHINE TAKE THEIR PATHETIC CALLS!
When I answered all I could hear was a male voice having a conversation with someone else as if unaware that a call had been connected. The only sentence I could understand clearly was him telling someone else...and I quote And they fuck you man. That's when I hung up
I get calls like this all the time and even get them leaving voicemails which is helpful for me because it just goes to show that they love harrasing me even though I told them that the payment will be sent once I get some money but they constantly keep with the Calls so now I'm keeping track of them all I just may file a harrassment suit on them should they continue!
This slimeball called and said he was going to come over and shut off my motherf**king power and f**k me up if I did not pay him now !! What a laugh. Do people really fall for this stuff ? Caller Type: Scam Call
Leaves a recorded message stating they "rec'd a fax order stating a complaint will serve documents at home or place of work." Gives ref # and says "you have been officially notified." Sounds much like the IRS phone collections scams.
this is a reverse number database that allows you to look up numbers and let others know your experiences with that people using that number. You can report phone fraud by letting the community and public know that this is how they tried to get a hold of you. You can find out who's been trying to reach you, even if they don't leave a message, just by looking them up. Finding out if its telemarketers, surveys, charities, or even debt collectors is as simple as looking the number up in the database and seeing if others have had contact with the person on the other end of the line. Even if you just want to check out a business by using their number, you can see what other visitors in the community have heard or dealt with in the past.
